Common questions
What counts as a "process"?
One successful run of any app — a roll forward, an Accounts Generator mapping, an Accounts Checker run, a Consolidator report, or a Payment Run export. It doesn't matter which app, or which combination — every plan pools all usage into one number.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade. Your account and history are preserved, and your allowance resets at the start of each billing period.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
How do seats work?
One person subscribes and becomes the admin. They can then invite teammates from the admin page, up to their plan's seat limit — everyone shares the same monthly process allowance. Need more seats or more usage than Professional offers? Contact us about Enterprise.
Do I have to pick which app to use?
No. Every plan — including the free Demo — includes every current MAO app. Consolidator is still invite-only while we finish rolling it out, regardless of plan.
